While experimenting with some new colours and patterns, I fell on the illustration after a few sketches in my sketchbook. The slightly abstract hands in other-worldly colours are just so whimsical and therapeutic to illustrate. The satisfying end result made me want it on all my screens, so I made a version for each of my devices.

When it comes to the ocean and what is inside it, I just love drawing, painting, and illustrating it. This is a collection of ocean creatures I illustrated, from eels to fish, and it will only grow.

These sets of icons were created as part of a freelance project for Bridgette Nicholson. The icons were created to be used on a website for children’s online learning, so they had to be fun, engaging, and appeal to a young audience, while being in line with the brand voice.

This series was part of an experiment I did while job hunting. When we are looking for and only getting rejected or ignored, it is so important to keep positive. For me, that was by changing a negative thing into a reason (excuse) to draw. For each rejection I received, I decided to draw a number monster to accompany it.

These illustrations are part of an ad project I did for university for Loctite glue. The concept of the images and the ads was to create a high-tension moment with a crack and then to imply that they can be remedied with Loctite.

This ad was created as part of a project at university. This one in particular was for Mrs Balls’ Chutney. To be honest, I would love to one day do something similar for real. The focus for this ad was on the ingredients to create an appetizing scene with shape and colour.

These illustrations were part of a university project for an editorial layout project. The article is about the torment of the overwhelming number of choices we have in today’s life. To illustrate this, I decided to go with an abstract and dystopian feeling with characters that show overwhelm and confusion.
